Route Service and Sales Technician-$23-25/hr

About the role

This role blends hands-on service and mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers, including:

• Preventative maintenance and repair to commercial dishwashing machines
• Product delivery and inventory management of cleaning chemicals
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training
• Building strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
• Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Manage product delivery and inventory of cleaning chemicals for restaurant customers
• Handle invoicing, payments, and upselling opportunities
• Provide on-site training to customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and sales
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems
• Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust
• High accountability, reliability, and pride in work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least three years

Pay

$66,000 - $68,000 annual earning potential (base pay + commission + overtime)
