Route Service and Sales Technician - $22-$23/hr

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Route Service & Sales Technician for our Golden Valley, MN location. We’re a stable company with over 80 years of reputation built on reliable service and quality products. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, using their hands, and building lasting customer relationships.

Pay

$22-$23/hr starting pay, with overtime opportunities. Estimated yearly earnings between $60,000-$65,000.

Schedule

Monday–Friday (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), with overtime and on-call opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van safely to customer locations
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Restock solutions, collect payments, and suggest additional products when appropriate
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs
• Growth & learning focus – willingness to learn and confidence to apply training while working independently
• Customer service & sales mindset – ability to build relationships and recommend additional products
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen
