Route Customer Service Representative | $23–$25/hr + OT

About the role

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative for our Memphis team. This is a hands-on route position where you'll spend your day on the road working directly with restaurants and commercial customers. You'll manage customer relationships, deliver products, provide service, and help keep customer operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout an assigned area
• Provide face-to-face customer service to restaurants and commercial kitchens
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Build relationships with customers along your route
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and help provide solutions
• Load, unload, lift, and move products throughout the workday
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services
• Manage your daily route and responsibilities independently

• $23.00–$25.00/hour base pay
• Monday–Friday schedule: approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call rotation: every 6–7 weeks

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable driving and working in a physical position
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
• Dependable, positive, and motivated attitude
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks
