About the Role
This position involves delivering exceptional customer service at a vehicle rental location. The candidate must be adaptable to various weather conditions and willing to perform additional tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Inspect rental vehicles for damage and fuel levels
- Inspect and tag vehicles for maintenance or issues
- Complete accurate return transactions and advise on final charges
- Promote and sell additional products and services
- Support vehicle management and fleet operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in sales, service, or hospitality
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including day or evening shifts, and travel occasionally
- Willing to wear a uniform; speaking additional languages is a plus
