Customer Service Representative- Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents by internal coding system and Lot number
• Upload documents to the web during sales
• Communicate with various departments and customers regarding documents like LOLC's and Purge Documents
• Process payments from successful bidders
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety

Qualifications

• Previous work experience involving in-person customer interactions
• Experience using computers and learning new technology/software
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude
• A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist where needed
