Responsibilities
- Organize and file documents by internal coding system and Lot number
- Upload documents to the web during sales
- Communicate with various departments and customers regarding documents like LOLC's and Purge Documents
- Process payments from successful bidders
- Provide customers with information about auxiliary services
- Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers
- Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by maintaining a positive attitude and working as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in-person with customers
- Experience using computers and learning new technology/software
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
- A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
- Able to work well in high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude
- Thrives working as part of a team, willing to pitch in wherever needed
