About the role

At ResultsCX, our Onsite Customer Service Representatives are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. Working from our office at 412 N Peters Rd #100, Knoxville TN 37922, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with various account-related inquiries
  • Confirm customer coverage and explain billing schedules
  • Investigate suspicious mailers and provide guidance to customers
  • Enroll missing coverage for customers
  • Communicate with customers to ensure they feel confident in their policies
  • Offer support and guidance to help customers make informed decisions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
  • Open availability 7 days a week

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily
  • Live within commuting distance of the physical location
  • A strong social personality
  • Thrives on networking, collaboration, and socialization
