The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure high-quality software solutions through rigorous testing and documentation
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement design concepts
  • Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
