Customer Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Process customer purchase orders, order changes, and schedule updates.
  • Prepare and distribute quotations for products and services.
  • Cook up delivery schedules and lead times with production planning.
  • Maintain customer information within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production, and Shipping teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Afford assistance with forecasting customer demand and identifying sales growth opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and business reviews as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ace an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or bring relevant work experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of customer service, inside sales, or account management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bring Aerospace manufacturing experience to the table, especially if you've worked with OEMs and Tier One suppliers.
  • Be familiar with ERP systems like SAP, Epicor, Oracle, QAD, or similar.
  • Show knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace customer requirements.
  • Show strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Experience

  • Supporting aerospace OEMs and Tier One suppliers.
  • Purchase orders, long-term agreements, and contract administration.
  • Manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and supply chain operations.
  • Quoting and pricing activities.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $28.00 to $38.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time position available.
