About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Migration Associate to support client onboarding and data migration initiatives. In this role, you will work directly with clients to ensure seamless transitions of customer data while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support customer data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns
- Review, cleanse, and organize data within Google Sheets to prepare for migration activities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of migration activities
- Execute customer data migrations within defined timelines and quality standards
- Deliver validated, accurate datasets with full data integrity
- Provide regular reporting on migration progress, risks, and issue resolution
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance migration efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate data accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client-facing environment
- Minimum of 1+ years' Project Management Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting data migration, onboarding, or system transition projects
- Prior experience in a client-facing, customer success, or operations role
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
