Customer Service Representative I (I/O) - ADT

About the role

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, MS, OH, and TX. Candidates in MST and PST time zones are also encouraged to apply due to the late shift schedule (ending as late as 2 AM).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent phone support with a positive, enthusiastic attitude to deliver a great customer experience.
• Maintain strict schedule adherence (at least 94% attendance).
• Keep Aftercall Work (ACW) average under 4 seconds.
• Follow scripts accurately and ensure correct actions are taken during calls.
• Use personal equipment: Core i3 (8GB RAM or higher), Windows 10+, modem-connected internet (hardwired via ethernet), 30mbps upload / 40mbps download minimum, webcam for training, monitor, and headset.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.
• Ability to maintain a productive, interruption-free remote work environment.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.

Pay

$14 – $15 per hour on a W2 basis.

Schedule

Flexible shift between 12:30 PM and 2:00 AM.
