What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payment
  • Aid with patient service needs such as updating billing information and scheduling appointments
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for customer interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Prior scheduling experience required
  • Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
