Customer Service Representative | Full-Time/Part-Time

Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payment processing. The role involves providing exceptional service both in person and by phone, explaining loan products and terms clearly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
