Customer Service Representative | Full-Time

About the role

Our Customer Service Representatives assist potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, loan management, and payments. They communicate effectively, explain loan products and terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Explain loan options, terms, and payment plans clearly
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable nature
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Full-time availability within store hours
• Previous customer service or data entry experience preferred but not required
