Customer Service Representative | Full-Time

Role Overview: A Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with loan inquiries, evaluating vehicles, managing accounts, processing payments, and maintaining communication to ensure excellent service and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service, explain loan products and terms, evaluate vehicles, process loan applications, manage customer accounts, perform data entry, and make courtesy reminder calls.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities are essential.
