About the role

JMA Pediatrics is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle day-to-day tasks including assisting patients and their families with inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients and their families with inquiries
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Address real-time concerns
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure best patient experience and care with positive outcomes

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
  • Positive attitude to enhance team work
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
