About the role
JMA Pediatrics is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle day-to-day tasks including assisting patients and their families with inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients and their families with inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Address real-time concerns
- Deliver a seamless customer experience
- Ensure best patient experience and care with positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
- Positive attitude to enhance team work
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
