Job Posting External Job Duties Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service TechniciansDispatch techniciansEnter technician payroll hoursProcess parts and service billingCreate daily work ordersMaintain records and filesAssist other departments as needed Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Excellent phone skillsGood communication, organizational, math and computer skillsExperience with Microsoft OfficeLeadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plusAbility to multitask Work Authorization Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
