Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing courteous, solution-focused support to customers.
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service needs through both phone and email communication.
  • Enter customer details, service updates, and order information accurately into company systems.
  • Place outbound calls when needed to follow up on requests, confirm information, or provide status updates.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service-related activities based on customer needs and business guidelines.
  • Process order-related transactions and ensure records are complete, organized, and up to date.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain documentation, track information, and support daily customer service tasks.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and work with internal teams to help resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent call center experience in a customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to handle inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and email correspondence.
  • Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail.
  • Experience with order entry, appointment scheduling, or similar administrative support tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
