About the role
We have an opportunity for a people-loving, strong communicator who is highly organized and tech-savvy. This critical role serves as the first point of contact for families seeking care and individuals looking for meaningful employment opportunities, helping ensure families receive outstanding service, caregivers receive exceptional support, and our office operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Guide potential clients through a consultative service inquiry process
- Conduct employment inquiries with prospective caregivers
- Coordinate and support caregiver onboarding and orientation
- Assist with training programs and educational events
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
- Support quality assurance initiatives and follow-up activities
- Help coordinate caregiver meetings, in-services, and ongoing training
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners
- Ensure outstanding customer service and timely follow-through on every inquiry
Requirements
- Homecare and/or Healthcare experience
- Customer service experience
- Recruiting experience
Qualifications
- Genuinely loves to help people
- Exceptional phone, customer service, and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills
- Loves juggling multiple priorities without losing track of details
- Technology lover: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce
- Works independently while being an outstanding team player
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability
- Learns quickly and takes ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable speaking with clients, families, applicants, and caregivers throughout the day

This is a full-time position. Typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; flexibility is required. Local candidates in Northeast Ohio only.
