Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing order intake from start to finish
• Providing quotes and estimates for print and sign projects
• Cooking production schedules and communicating priorities across the team
• Scheduling delivery drivers and installation crews
• Operating digital production equipment (digital press experience a strong plus)
• Lights finishing and bindery work as needed
• Keeping things moving — urgency is part of the job

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a print or sign shop environment
• Strong customer service instincts — you actually enjoy working with people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
• Able to work independently and manage your day without being micromanaged
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
