Customer Service Parts Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Parts Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory management, and reconciling all parts at a single location. This position also involves processing Purchase Orders (POs) and Vendor payment requests, ensuring the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintaining inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.

Responsibilities

• Execute parts inventory management processes, including conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pick up and delivery, stocking inventory, processing invoices, maintaining records and statistics, managing parts obsolescence, shipping warranty and parts return to vendors, and parts room organization and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Two (2) years or more inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred.

• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate preferred).

Pay

• Hourly minimum pay range: $26.00
• Hourly maximum pay range: $26.00
