Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately while verifying pricing, product availability, and shipping details.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, delivery status, and account information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and order discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support to the customer service team.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in billing/invoicing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years' experience with ERP system preferred

Pay

Starting compensation $20-$22/hour depending on experience.

Schedule

This role is 100% in office.
