Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Order Management:
- Manage the full order lifecycle from quote through delivery
- Prepare and review customer quotes for accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a primary escalation point for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Proactively communicate order status, changes, and delivery updates
- Operations Coordination:
- Partner with production and operations teams to align schedules and priorities
- Maintain accurate customer specifications and order details within the ERP system
- Interpret and scale drawings, blueprints, and customer samples as needed
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise, train, and coach customer service representatives
- Establish performance expectations and monitor team productivity and quality
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency and accuracy
- Foster a customer-focused, accountable team environment
- Required:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Solid math and data accuracy skills
- PREFERRED:
- Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience
- Experience in manufacturing, die-making, converting, packaging, printing, or related industries
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
