Full Time Customer Service Manager

To plan and manage the front-end functions to promote sales, achieve profit margins and labor goals; ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and a safe and positive working environment for associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customers and ensure proper service levels from all associates
• Develop effective daily/weekly work plan based on sales projections
• Supervise front end and service center functions
• Monitor tracking and performance reports and take appropriate action
• Manage department personnel functions
• Perform as Manager on Duty supervising entire store as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled retail store environment
• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal
• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• May use calculators, keyboards, telephones, and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday
• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in the completion of job duties
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
• Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures
• Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places
• Ability to operate work-related equipment
