Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
About the role
The successful candidate will provide superior customer service, partner with Territory Sales Managers to drive territory coverage, and work collaboratively with dealers to maintain positive relationships. They will also assist in sales efforts, manage orders and inventory, and handle conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and sales processes
- Communicate with dealers about new products, services, and promotions
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and lost customer accounts
- Determine and implement methods to resolve customer issues
- Coordinate deliveries and monitor shipment schedules
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Assist in warehouse operations and product handling
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays and on-call duties
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of company policies and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
