Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics Sunnyvale is actively seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative (CSR) to join us full time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. More than anything, we’re looking for a highly collaborative and dependable person who is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of the business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in our company's success, and we value contributions from each team member.

Daily Tasks

• Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
• Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
• Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Executes a variety of marketing functions including: Mailings, New Customer appreciation program, such as hand written Thank you cards, etc. Website and Social Media postings.
• Assists with Print Bindery as needed, and manages the Blueprints production.

Role Qualifications

• Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
• Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

Pay

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
