About the role

We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) to work on site in Bend, OR. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor (and Fortune 1000 company), we realize we are only as strong as our dedicated team. Selling millions of industrial products to all types of customers takes special skill and that’s where you come in.

Schedule

This is a full-time on-site position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting, and returns.
• Source parts.
• Assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom as needed; deliver orders to customers as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience; mechanical or maintenance experience.
• Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, and a sense of humor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Computer knowledge including Excel; SAP/ERP experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).

This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and must be performed on site. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; we are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
