About the Role
We are hiring a full-time, creative, and resourceful Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work on-site in Tulare. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. You’ll partner with customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting, and returns
- Source parts and assist in generating sales
- Help in the stockroom as needed and deliver orders to customers as required
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience; mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience in industrial distribution or parts counter environment is a plus
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude and computer knowledge, including Excel; SAP/ERP experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship for work visas is not available for this position
This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on-site.
