Customer Service & Inside sales

This position is with a growing print and promotional products company located in Arvada, SE Denver, and Golden. Three positions are open.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls for quotes and orders
• Produce estimates on company software for clients
• Follow up on estimates through the CRM
• Resolve customer conflicts
• Call inactive customers with special offers
• Generate inside sales
• Must be detail-oriented
• Able to lift 50 pounds
