About the role
We are hiring a Customer Services Inbound 1 for one of our clients in Morris Plains, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Operate telephone console to answer, route, and complete incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide routine information and direct visitors as needed.
- Receive and document staff call-outs and report absences according to established procedures.
- Report telephone system issues and repair needs to appropriate departments.
- Respond to emergency calls and immediately contact designated institutional personnel following protocol.
- Receive, sign for, and distribute registered and insured mail and packages.
- Perform routine clerical duties.
Requirements
Experience Required:
- Customer Service
- Working Hours: 40 hours
- Lunch Period: 30 mins.
