Inbound Customer Service Agent
About the role
MCI is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service. Applicants should be 18 or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
