Responsibilities

• You ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking the validity of driver’s licenses, and requesting additional documentation when needed
• You assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs
• You offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, while addressing any questions or concerns
• You finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts
• You inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, ensure personal belongings are removed, and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and open to travel (5‑10%), some of which may be by airplane
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus
