About the role

You ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking the validity of driver’s licenses, and requesting additional documentation when needed.

You assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs.

You offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, while addressing any questions or concerns.

You finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts.

You inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, ensure personal belongings are removed, and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation.

Responsibilities

  • Verify customer documents and request additional documentation as needed.
  • Select and exchange vehicles as required to meet business needs.
  • Offer additional products and services, address customer questions or concerns, and provide accurate receipts.
  • Inspect returned vehicles, remove personal belongings, and maintain a clean workstation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license with a clean record, and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and open to travel (5-10%) with some travel by airplane.
  • Willingness to wear a company uniform and speak other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

$21.50 per hour.

Schedule
