Customer Service & Dispatch Specialist (Service Titan)
We are a family-owned electrical service company based in Arlington, Texas, serving the southern Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding counties since 2000. Our team focuses on residential service calls, light commercial projects, and energy-efficiency upgrades, emphasizing safety, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Dispatch and schedule technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan
- Cook up technician routes and job assignments to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and follow-up tasks
- Communicate clearly with customers and field staff throughout each job
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Service Titan experience (required)
- Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling, preferably in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home services trades
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone presence and clear written communication
- Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
