About the role
The Customer Service Banker is responsible for providing superior customer service in person and on the phone to assist customers with their banking needs. This role promotes Bank products and services, referring customers to appropriate departments as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the Teller line and help customers with maintenance-related items.
- Work with the Operations team on customer requests.
- Ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and compliance.
