What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with product recommendations, pricing, and quotes
  • Congduct outbound sales calls and telemarketing to existing clients, inactive accounts, and new prospects
  • Follow up with top clients and manage ongoing account relationships
  • Prospect new business using lead lists, directories, and local business resources
  • Support and execute in-house marketing efforts, including direct mail campaigns
  • Guide clients through the full order lifecycle, from quote to completion
  • Maintain and update the customer database/CRM for effective follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with vendors to support pricing and order accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.
  • Comfort with outbound calling, prospecting, and follow-up
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with POS, accounting, or CRM systems is a plus
  • Promotional products, embroidery, or graphics industry experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

About the Role

We are a locally owned promotional products company helping companies increase revenue, safety, teamwork, etc. by decorating products with their logo. No customer or project is the same.

Schedule

This is a true inside customer service position building real relationships with your clients. You will have a consistent weekday schedule.
