About the role

Our Customer Experience Representative I role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves helping people, and wants to be part of a global company that literally opens doors. This role serves as the first point of contact for callers needing assistance with our products or services.
Responsibilities
- Greet callers warmly and professionally
- Provide information that adequately addresses the caller’s needs, minimizing the need to transfer the call
- Route necessary calls accurately the first time
- Learn and utilize required tools to assist callers efficiently
- Aid the Customer Service Manager (CSM) to continuously improve the caller's experience
Requirements
- Associate’s degree preferred or relevant experience
- Comfortable learning new computer software
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office systems
- A passion for helping others and comfort fielding a wide variety of calls
- Solid judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Preferred Skills
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communications and time management skills
- Experience with Brightmetrics, ShoreTel, or similar call handling software
