About the role

GritR Sports is looking for a customer service representative to join their team in North Richland Hills. This position involves driving customer satisfaction by handling the checkout process for the retail store and managing online inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communications - Answer calls and emails to address questions, requests, and issues.
• Track interactions in CRM - Record customer interactions in an internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supporting client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
• Passion for delivering above and beyond service to customers.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

Qualifications

Experience/interest with firearms and outdoor sports is a plus!
