Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers through the onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Earn extra money through commission by cross-selling additional products while providing excellent customer service.
- Typing 50 wpm + and using CRM systems and other tools to efficiently manage customer accounts and provide solutions to their inquiries.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and policies to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
- Maintain outstanding attendance, attitude, and effort in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Typing 50 wpm + and comfortable with using CRM systems, databases, and other tech tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Reliable with a strong attendance record and committed to showing up on time.
- A customer-first mentality with a focus on providing excellent service with every interaction.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license before starting (we provide the instructions and free access to the study course).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain products and answer customer inquiries.
- Previous experience in a professional office is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
