Customer Service Associate, Business Insurance

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance
- Work closely with the Business Insurance team to provide support
- Maintain the highest level of accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Two (2) years of Customer Service experience.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Qualifications
- An associates or bachelors degree is preferred.
- Two (2) years of Business Insurance experience.
- A Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience working with EPIC is a plus.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
