Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet customers courteously
- Assist customers with game selections and provide recommendations
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the gaming area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles helpful
