Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding games, promotions, and account issues.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure game availability.
- Perform cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of gaming systems and operations is beneficial.
