Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding games, promotions, and account issues.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure game availability.
• Perform cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming systems and operations is beneficial.

Skills
