POSITION SUMMARY
Provides information about accessing mental health, primary health, and other community services.
Affords assistance with submitting customer service complaints and navigating the grievance and appeals process.
Coordinates interpretation services and the 2nd Opinion process.
Maintains oversight of the Advance/Adequate Notice process.
Serves as the designated Section 1557 Coordinator.
Conducts training, presentations, and outreach activities.
Offers support and assistance to the Office of Recipient Rights.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- 1-2 years working in the mental health field.
- Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects/tasks independently.
