Responsibilities
- Administrative accuracy of customer POs – entering and verifying customer purchase orders
- Aid the customer service department to reduce waste by identifying opportunities to automate administrative processes.
- Provide first level help chain assistance and instruction with PC/software related questions to the customer service department.
- Develop and maintain queries and other reports as required by the sales service unit.
- Compile information for maintaining and distributing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure accuracy of reports.
- Weekend availability required upon rotation schedule.
- Availability required to close out month upon rotation schedule.
- Check booked orders for accuracy.
- Assist in yearly plant consignment inventory checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Likely to be required to verify employment eligibility at time of hire.
- This position may require access to export-controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Qualified candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency.
