Automotive Sales Support Specialist

About the role

We are hiring a motivated Automotive Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced dealership call center.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads (internet, phone, & chat)
• Makes outbound follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
• Provide a friendly, professional first impression of the dealership
• Work closely with sales managers and consultants to ensure smooth handoffs
• Follow proven scripts and processes (with room for personality)

Requirements

• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and coachability

Qualifications

• Sales, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, CRM experience is a plus but not required
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
