Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the role

The customer service representative provides effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing extensive knowledge of iSpice products and communicating effectively with both customers and team members within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Processes customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Works closely with the Controller to resolve disputed credit items.
• Timely feedback to the company on service failures or customer concerns.
• Pairs with the sales team and operations department to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Pay

$47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
