Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Provide information about insurance products and services
  • Process policy changes, payments, and claims support
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Willingness and competence to complete the online Minnesota Insurance licensing course (we cover all costs) within the first month of hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass the required insurance licensing exam

  • Consultative sales approach

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
