Sales and Customer Service Representative
About the role
InjectorsDirect.com is a leader in the industry, remanufacturing and distributing parts for diesel fuel injection systems in Ford, Chevrolet, and Dodge/Ram trucks. Founded in 2009 by San Luis Obispo natives, we aim to provide better access to diesel truck parts while utilizing innovative technology to enhance our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Accept orders over the phone and answer customer questions about order status
- Field calls to address warranty issues or other customer concerns
- Be extremely detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate
- Makes or receives upwards of 50 calls per day
- Ability to navigate computer programs, type, and process data quickly
Requirements
- Experience in a similar environment
- Basic phone and computer skills (Apple products)
- Experience using Salesforce (highly recommended)
- Mechanical experience in the automotive industry (a plus, but not required)
- Work in a brand-new, climate-controlled office with an excellent view
- Seated, working in front of a computer for 7-8 hours per day

Pay
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time position, 7-8 hours per day, typically involving making or receiving upwards of 50 calls per day.
