Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist

Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our growing team supporting multiple clients throughout the nation. Responsibilities
- Provides basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
- Data entry - enters data into various database applications
- Receives data and sourcing documents, compiles, sorts, interprets and verifies data to be entered
- Communicates effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers
- Provides customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls
- Provides exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment
- Safeguards confidential customer information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 6 am to 6 pm
- Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry from computer keyboard
- Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and customer friendly outlook
- Reliable high-speed internet service and the ability to maintain a secure, consistent home internet connection that supports daily job responsibilities, including video conferencing, collaboration tools, and other work-related systems is required
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
Pay
The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $17/hr - $21/hr. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
