About the Opportunity

The Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist provides essential customer service support through calls and emails while managing data entry tasks across various database applications. This role contributes to the smooth processing of rebate applications and supports effective communication within the team and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, compile, sort, interpret, and verify data and sourcing documents for entry
• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
• Communicate effectively with other departments to assist customers
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of related call center experience
• Fluent in English
• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact
• Reliable high-speed internet connection meeting specified speed and stability requirements

Required Skills

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Experience in data entry and customer-focused call center environments

Pay

• Base salary range: $17 - $21 per hour
• Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus
• Final compensation based on experience, education, and location
